Reiki Therapy

Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the body’s own healing response. During a Reiki session the client is fully clothed. The client can talk and ask questions during their session, or rest as needed. Each session includes a pre and post discussion and evaluation.

Reiki promotes deep relaxation and enhances overall well-being. After a Reiki session, all clients report feeling more relaxed and balanced. Many people report feeling more energy, focused, and alert. Reiki Therapy supports  personal wellness goals and compliments current medical regimens
