Annie is a licensed and insured massage therapist in practice since 2010. She is a graduate of The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy, certified by The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association. Many factors contribute to a person’s muscles becoming painful and then dysfunctional, and therefore require a multi-faceted approach to treatment. When scheduling massage sessions with Annie, she will incorporate several modalities and techniques, developing a personalized treatment plan. Her predominant therapeutic focus is Neuromuscular, or Trigger Point Therapy, blended with several other modalities, which creates positive long-lasting results. Annie is an enthusiastic advocate for massage therapy and believes that every person can benefit greatly from both its physical and psychological effects.
