Join us hiking on the Emerald Trail- a scenic tour of the South and North sides of Mount Washington. Not a lazy stroll through the woods. You will feel the burn! After the hike, enjoy a healthy vegan lunch and we will do some yoga to wind down and stretch out. We'll meet at 10 am at Olympia Park (455 Hallock St, Pittsburgh, PA 15211) and start the hike from there. You will start out with a special tea blend to keep you hydrated through the hike.
