Yin Yoga

Poses are set up to be supported positions and sequencing has less total postures (but more space!) Diaphragmatic breath settles in as each pose is held for several minutes. This practice allows the body to settle throughout soft tissues and release, similar to how the body must relax when allowing oxygen to enter during an inhale.
