Tuesdays from 6 – 7 pm
This class is designed to support expecting moms emotionally and physically during pregnancy.
Over these 8 weeks we will cover postures and breathwork to promote calmness, confidence, flexibility and strength in preparation for childbirth.
Dana is a prenatal certified yoga instructor who helps pregnant women and new mamas find
balance in life through yoga, community, a little humor and a lot of inspiration.
