1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
10 pitted dates
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
Put the ingredients in a food processor and run until mixture forms a thick paste. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Form into bite-sized balls. Keep cold until you serve
