Ayurveda can help you bring your health back to balance and keep you well.  Physical symptoms and concerns can be alleviated through diet, lifestyle and herbal suggestions.  If you are already under the care of Western Medicine or another treatment program, Ayurveda can support the treatment you are receiving.

At the consultation, your therapist will ask you to fill out an intake form that you will talk about together.  Based on the symptoms that you are experiencing and your lifestyle, your therapist will come up with suggestions that offer support and help to bring you into balance.  The suggestions can range from diet and lifestyle practices to certain asanas (postures) that you might want to incorporate into your routine.  From there, you may want to return for a follow-up session to adjust the routine based on your needs.
