Tuesdays 2:00 pm – 2:45pm March 20 – April 24th $48
An introduction to proper breathing techniques and yoga poses, along with balancing activities are taught. Picture books are used in correlation with a nature or seasonal theme each week. Children are given a chance to teach their favorite pose. A relaxation activity is the final exercise for the class, followed by a coloring activity.
