Yoga is a tradition of self-development, mastery, and understanding, with a history spanning at least 5000 years. Join us for a two-hour informational and practice session covering the aim of Yoga practice, the main types of yoga, and the Yogic model of the mind. The session will conclude with Q&A and a brief meditation practice.
