Relax, restore and melt away daily tension as we sync gentle, steady movement (asana) with the vital energy of the breath (pranayama). The goal of this series is to help the mind and the body to shed stress and to calm the senses. The class will end with a guided relaxation and meditation. The class will prepare the newcomer to attend many classes offered on our schedule.
