As the summer months approach, you may find your “fire” ignited as Pitta season begins to make its appearance. For some, this can lead to irritability, anger, and physical ailments in the digestive system.
Restorative yoga poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress and alternately stimulate and soothe the organs of the body, improving digestion and promoting a sense of peace. During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to quietly rest in soothing and supported postures, using blankets, bolsters and pillows. All postures are done in a passive manner; no previous yoga experience is required.
Class size is limited to twelve students.
