Stress reduction for college students

Did you experience symptoms of stress and burnout?
Come restore and rejuvenate and learn new skill to take with you to school! In this 6 week class we will learn techniques to create self awareness around preparing for, recovering from and adapting during times of stress, build resiliency, develop a working understanding of the stress and relaxation responses; practice breathing and relaxation techniques.

Each class will be divided between discussion and movement and will conclude with relaxation at the end.

Pre-registration is necessary. 48 hour notice is required for refunds.
