A well-designed approach to meditation makes it easier to quiet the everyday mind and helps us reach the same
deep level of meditation day after day (Rolf Sovik, Moving Inward).
This workshop offers a fundamental exploration of the benefits of meditation and the techniques of posture,
relaxation, breath awareness and mantra. Through theory and practice, the participant will be ready to establish
a home meditation practice. A guided audio meditation is included with this workshop.
