Having a regular meditation practice has many benefits including reducing stress and promoting a healthy brain. This course is designed to help you establish a consistent meditation practice at home. We will take time to find a comfortable seating position, work with refining the breath and explore the idea of focus and concentration. You will also be able to take advantage of other practioners’ feedback and support as they go through the course with you. The course includes weekly instruction, a guided meditation and other exercises to practice at home.
