Ashley will guide students through a series of yoga poses that will help release tension deep in the body and settle the mind. She will then guide students through a guided meditation while Reiki Master, Suzanne Wynne provides Reiki to each individual. This workshop will provide a safe space for students to release and restore their mind. Once our nervous system resets through rest and relaxation, our mind releases stress, anxiety and fatigue.
