Please join Monette, Certified Level 1 Restorative Teacher, for this On-line introductory class that allows you to rest and retreat from the mat to your own bedroom. This class offers movement, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. Put on some comfy clothes, set up your props, and turn the lights down low!
