Join Susan Volkar and Suzanne Wynne for an afternoon of Yin Yoga and Reiki designed to release the
connective tissues of the body and everyday attachments of the mind.
Yin postures increase flexibility, release deep-seated energies, and prepare the body and mind for meditation.
These passive yet challenging yin postures consist mainly of floor poses, which are held for 3-5 minutes at a
time, encouraging the practitioner to dive inward on a physical and a mental level. Yin yoga can be intense.
Combining it with Reiki (an ancient Japanese method of healing) is nurturing and restorative on many levels. It
is a great way to balance out the physical and emotional practices of your life! Many props and support
