Use Your Class Pass

We will begin to explore the benefits of Restorative Yoga as a community and prepare ourselves for
the sensations of quiet and ease. Please join Monette, Certified Level 1 Restorative Teacher, for this
On-line introductory class that allows you to rest and retreat from the mat to your own bedroom. This
class offers movement, breath awareness, and guided relaxation. Put on some comfy clothes, set up
your props, and turn the lights down low!

Suggested Props to gather in advance of the 8 pm start:
Yoga Mat, 3 blankets, 2 blocks or 2 books , 2 large paper towel rolls – same size, 2 pillows,
2 hand towels, Eye pillow optional
