Join Kayla Simmons, OMP in moving through the first 9 movements of tai yu shen gong, an
alchemical qi gong as taught by Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation Daoist priest of the Jade
Purity tradition.

These 9 gentle standing exercises focus on coordinating breath and body movements to
restore the innate healing abilities of the body. Qi gong encourages stability, balance, and
fluid joint movement while increasing awareness of the connection between the micro- and
macrocosm in our bodies and our surroundings.
