LONG-HOLD YOGA with Susannah Azzaro

In this unique practice, we will follow the traditional Hatha class framework but do fewer postures with holds of up to 3 minutes. The body-mind relationship can be a feedback loop; when we hold postures for a longer time with the intent to be as still as possible, our minds inevitably bubble up, and we can clearly hear our internal dialogue which can be quite revealing! This practice will be grounding, stabilizing, and heating, and will prepare us for a nourishing Yoga Nidra inspired Savasana at the end.
