1st class will be March 4th
This class will include gentle stretches, breathwork, repetitive movements, and self-massage. Joints and Glands is a great class for everyone. We will work to open the major joints of the body to gain greater flexibility and play with movement to push the boundaries held by tight muscles and fascia.
Movements will come from many sources: Swami Rama’s Joints and Glands exercises, animal movements, Qi Gong exercises, PNF stretching, dance, and many more.
